LATE POLICY
Driving Lessons
Please be on time for your scheduled Driving Lesson. All Lessons are scheduled on the hour and last 45 minutes. Arriving late will result in your Driving Lesson being reduced by the number of minutes you are late. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you are considered a “no-show” and the lesson is forfeited.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
5-Hour Pre-Licensing Class
We are currently holding the 5-hour Pre-Licensing Class online, via Zoom, on select Sundays from 10am - 3pm.
To reschedule your confirmed attendance at a class, you must do so by the end of the business day prior (Saturday), otherwise you forfeit your seat and will need to pay for the class again.
Driving Lessons
If you need to reschedule or cancel your confirmed Driving Lesson(s), you must do so by the end of the business day prior to your scheduled lesson. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of that lesson. Same day rescheduling or cancellations are not allowed.
Road Test Appointment
To reschedule a Road Test, you must notify us 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in you losing the Road Test appointment. The Road Test appointment fee for rescheduling is $20.
If you schedule your own Road Test appointment the cancellation and rescheduling policy still apply.

INCLEMENT WEATHER NOTICE
In the event of rain or snow, please do not assume that all Lessons and 5-Hour Class are canceled. If we find conditions to be dangerous or excessive, someone from our office will notify you in order to reschedule your appointment at no cost to you.
REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be made within 48-hours from the date of purchase. A fee of $10 or 10% of the package price will apply, whichever is greater, and will be reduced by the fixed rate of services already rendered. A receipt is needed to issue a refund - refunds will not be issued without proof of purchase.
Since our Packages (1-7) include Driving Lessons at a discounted rate, refund requests on Lessons will result in having any Lessons already taken being charged at the fixed per-lesson rate (full price).
Additionally, all packages are good for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused services will be forfeited after one (1) year of purchase if unclaimed.
Any refund amount due will be issued by Management in the same manner as the original form of payment (credit card, online, or cash). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for credit card refund transactions to process.
There will be NO refunds for the use of our Car during your Road Test for any of the following reasons:
- You are late or do not show up;
- You are too nervous and feel unprepared for the Road Test on the day of;
- You fail to bring the correct permit (<18 yrs - DJ; >18 yrs - D), or 5-Hour Certificate (both must be valid and not expired);
- You fail to meet restrictions - i.e. Corrective Lenses (forget to bring eyeglasses).
CONTRACT
The above terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. We will always include a link to our complete Terms of Service when sending your Lessons via Calendar Invite. It is your responsibility to stay up to date with any changes.
